A wildly devoted shapeshifter and torchbearer, I serve innate spark, truth and feminine leadership.

It’s my soul work to not only sit in the dark with people but to dance through the night. That is what you will find here; spiritual electricity that shakes the spirit alive.

I guide transformative journeys to and through the underworld and underbelly of the psyche.
I teach tools for creative self-recovery.
I hold people through the process of awakening; from deeply entrenched conditioning into full and deserving expression.

My work and personal practice is predominantly informed by an ongoing deep dive into awareness and the spectrum of what it is to be fully alive and present in this human body, here in this life, in possession of the most truthful and potent expression possible.

Creativity is the life blood of my work and practice and I draw inspiration from many varied places. I am intrigued by what lies beyond the boxes we often ease ourselves into for safety and comfort. My experience has shown me that choosing the lesser known route is most often the way back home and that safety is mostly an illusion.

I believe that teaching and transmission is artistry and a gift not to be squandered. In countless ways this has prevented me from withdrawing from the more challenging aspects of my life; not a balm that soothes and consoles a tattered heart but a direct call to live with exquisite presence and purpose.

In 2011 following the birth of my son, I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia - a cruel and severely painful disease of the facial nerves. This took me to the extreme edges of my life where the veils disintegrated and I was gifted with vision and sight.

It was a brutal descent and an intense awakening into my power.

Everything I teach stems from the embodied knowledge of this journey.

I am always somewhere in between; a punk hearted medicine woman and pivoting edge dweller. I shape shift endlessly: Mother, mentor, writer, vortex healer, doula, music industry reveller, PR Director, yoga teacher, entrepreneur, community builder, alchemist and facilitator and practitioner of embodied wisdom and energetics for well over 20 years.

I am the founder of Liberate & Elevate a company providing high quality mentorship and guidance for feminine leaders and change makers.

Originally from Manchester but currently dwelling on the South Coast of England, I serve a worldwide community of bright sparks and mercurial misfits.
